Shipping for Dry Goods

We ship all non-living products (such as food, treatments, accessories, etc.) via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Shipping for Live Koi Fish

Shipping live animals requires special handling and coordination to ensure the health and safety of your koi.

Important Information:

  • Shipping is NOT charged at checkout for koi fish.
  • Once your order is placed, you will be invoiced separately for shipping.
  • A team member from Dragon’s Gate Koi will contact you directly to: confirm your shipping address and availability, arrange a safe delivery window based on weather and location, send you a separate invoice for shipping charges
  • Live fish are only shipped Monday–Thursdayto avoid weekend delays.

Why We Do This

Every koi shipment is unique and depends on distance, number of fish, box size, and weather conditions. We want to make sure your koi arrive healthy and safe, which means giving each shipment personalized care.

General Shipping Notes

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments once dispatched.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Dragon’s Gate Koi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, acts of nature, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
